Glenn has 24 years of experience in the construction and industrial maintenance industries. Having served in superintendent and general foreman leadership roles for companies such as Dearborn Midwest, International Industrial Contracting Corporation, Central Conveyer and Commercial Contracting Corporation, Glenn is intimately familiar with project expectations and needs of end users. He has experience ensuring a safe job site and mitigating issues to avoid costly delays to deliver projects on time and budget. Glenn has completed safety and leadership training including superintendent training, foreman training, and MUST safety training. Glenn holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. As an entrepreneur, Glenn is no stranger to the world of business and business operations.

John has 17 years of experience identifying business opportunities and connecting businesses with optimal suppliers. He has a proven track record of working as a business development agent and sales executive with companies such as Verizon Wireless, Xerox, Honda and Mazda to find the best suppliers and resources to maximize profits. His extensive background as a business development professional allows him to identify and match end user needs with qualified contractors. From health, communications and technology industries to manufacturing and construction industries, John has helped customers protect their bottom line. Through Great Lakes Business Development, he has connected end users such as City National Bank with contractors capable of delivering results. John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies from West Virginia University. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, John is well-versed in improving output quality and maximizing results.

Rich is familiar with the corporate world of the construction industry having served as a board member for several reputed industry organizations. As a business development professional, Rich has connected industry giants such as Alcoa and Arconic with top-notch contractors in the industry to meet project needs. Through Great Lakes Business Development, he helps customers troubleshoot and find the right contractor solutions. Rich is experienced in upholding the highest safety standards on projects and has safety training and certifications including OSHA 10 and 30.

James has served in management roles such as superintendent, general foreman and safety training leader, engaging in hands-on planning and execution of capital projects in the industrial maintenance industry for 26 years. As an experienced business development professional, James has connected project needs of end users such as DeNora Tech with ideal contractors capable of meeting project requirements. He has hands-on experience ensuring the highest safety standards on projects and extensive safety training and certifications including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 500 and Safety Trained Supervisor Construction® (STSC®).

Jim has over 30 years of cumulative experience in the construction industry as a construction business owner, ironworker, safety instructor and supervisor. Jim worked over 25 years in the field. He’s a safety professional with OSHA 10, 30 and 500 certifications and has supervisory experience overseeing safety on projects as a general foreman, superintendent and project manager. He also served as a safety instructor for a few years. He worked as a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual assisting business owners with risk management and succession planning. Jim serves on the KIT Federal Credit Union’s board of directors. As a former construction business owner and adviser to business owners, Jim is no stranger to business development.  Jim’s combined experience in the construction industry and business world puts him in a unique position to understand and connect end user needs with the most suitable contractors.
